Packed with care
Cheeses and cured meats travel in an insulated box with ice packs, so they arrive at the right temperature even in summer. Olive oil, vinegar and glass bottles are wrapped and protected against knocks; handmade ceramics are packed piece by piece. In the hottest months, fresh products ship only at the beginning of the week, so they never wait over a weekend.

Always know where your parcel is
As soon as your order leaves, you receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. You can follow every step and, where available, change the delivery day or address directly with FedEx.

If something goes wrong, we take care of it
Parcel damaged in transit? Write to us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund the damaged items. Tracking stuck for more than 3 business days? 

We open a check with FedEx for you.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, fresh and perishable food cannot be returned once delivered. All the details are on the Shipping page.
