A naturally leavened panettone with a chocolate filling that makes up 18% of the cake. The filling is built on a 71% extra dark chocolate, single origin São Tomé — cocoa beans from the island, processed in Italy — and the dough carries cocoa butter of its own, so the chocolate reads through the crumb rather than sitting in pockets.
A 30 g sachet of icing sugar is included, to dust the top before serving.
One kilogram, roughly twelve slices of 80 g. Seven months of shelf life in the sealed box. Alcohol content 0.43%, from the filling.

Icing sugar sachet 30 g: sugar, WHEAT starch, flavours - ALLERGENS: EGGS, MILK, SOY, WHEAT (gluten). May contain ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS and SOY.
