Memoritaly's idea is simple and beautiful: to travel through Italy's towns and terroirs, one bottle at a time. Each reference bears the name of an iconic place — like Ravello, perched above the sea on the Amalfi Coast — and captures its spirit. More than a liqueur, it's a memory of Italy to bring home or to give.
The secret: the Amalfi Coast lemon
A great limoncello always starts with a great lemon. Memoritaly uses the lemons of the Amalfi Coast, and in particular the famous Sfusato Amalfitano (Limone Costa d'Amalfi PGI). Grown on terraces on cliff faces, this elongated lemon has a thick, intensely fragrant peel, rich in essential oils. It's in this zest, infused in alcohol, that all the aromas of limoncello are found.
An authentic, artisan limoncello
The result is a clear, undiluted limoncello: intensely lemony, lively, slightly sweet and with a lovely fullness on the palate. Far from over-sweet industrial versions, it keeps the clean character of the fruit. It's the Italian digestivo par excellence, to serve ice-cold — but also an excellent ingredient for cocktails and desserts.

How to enjoy it
