Romano Vincenzo
In Bronte, on the western slopes of Etna, the Romano family has pressed oil since 1959. What Vincenzo began, the next generation carries on, with a master oil-maker behind each label.
Every pressing is kept separate, so each grove keeps its own character. The result is a Sicilian extra virgin, much of it Monte Etna DOP, green and peppery.
