Antico forno Santi

In Migliana, a village in the Val di Bisenzio near Prato, the Santi bakery still works to old Tuscan recipes. Its cantucci took shape under Leonardo Santi, the master who passed the craft to those who bake them now.

Twice baked and crisp, they are the biscuit Tuscany dips in Vin Santo at the end of a meal.
