An Italian take on the wheat beer style: equal parts wheat malt and barley malt, both 100% Italian, top-fermented and left unfiltered.
The result is hazy and pale, softer and less clove-driven than a German Weissbier. Sediment in the bottle is normal and part of the style. Brewed at Comun Nuovo (Bergamo) and Massafra (Taranto).
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. Consume in moderation.
Best Served
Serve at 5 °C in a tall Casablanca glass. Pairs with spiced snacks, fish antipasti and sandwiches.
