Cortisana is a line of preserved Italian vegetables and antipasti — authentic Italian flavours brought into the jar without complications. The zucchini are washed, sliced, grilled, then sealed in olive oil with aromatic herbs. The product is pasteurised; the gentle acidity regulators (citric acid E330, ascorbic acid E300) keep colour and flavour stable through the 42-month shelf life. The result: a crunchy, typical zucchini character that survives the jar.

How to use them.

Drain the zucchini briefly to remove excess oil. The packing oil can be used to dress salads or for cooking.

To serve as antipasto:
• Drain 4–6 slices per portion
• Arrange on a small plate at room temperature
• Pair with bread and a glass of light dry white wine

After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days. Always cover the remaining zucchini with their oil before refrigerating.
