An organic 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil by Romano Vincenzo, the Sicilian family mill in Bronte since 1959, presented in a vibrant decorated aluminium tin.

Fiorellini begins with a principle: no compromises on how the land is treated. The olives, native Sicilian varieties (Nocellara dell'Etna and Nocellara del Belice), come from groves farmed organically, with no synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers, and the oil is cold-extracted. Green with golden hues, medium fruity with a grassy nose, decisive and persistently bitter-and-peppery on the palate.

Organic certification by ICEA, inspection body IT-BIO-006 authorised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture (MASAF); agriculture: Italy. The "Fiorellini" decoration covers the tin in the little flowers and bright folk patterns of the Sicilian ceramic tradition.

Native Sicilian olives from certified organic groves, hand-harvested with combs and cold-extracted, using mechanical methods only. Organic certification by ICEA (IT-BIO-006); agriculture: Italy.

Best used raw, on Mediterranean dishes: bruschetta, grilled vegetables, legume soups, fish and white meats.
