Hugo 0.0 – Alcohol-Free Hugo Aperitivo (0.0% vol)

The Hugo — the elderflower spritz born in Alto Adige — reimagined at 0.0% vol. Hug0.0 is made by Princess in Lavis, Trentino, under its Alternativa label: a base of totally de-alcoholised wine and grape must with elderflower syrup and mint essence, finished with a light sparkle of added carbon dioxide. The de-alcoholisation is carried out without chemical additives, and the drink is pasteurised.

Brilliant pale straw in the glass, with elderflower, fresh-cut grass and a honeyed tone on the nose; light, gently sweet and refreshing on the palate, the mint lifting a crisp finish. Serve it well chilled in a large wine glass with ice, a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.

Contains sulphites. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
