Coarse Italian food salt, 99% of the jar, with dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) at 0.5% and truffle flavourings. The label states that the truffle in the package corresponds to 2 g of fresh truffle.

It comes in a glass jar with a grinder cap and an aroma-preserving seal, so it goes from pantry to table and gets refilled rather than thrown away.
