Martini's first step into the alcohol-free world, launched in 2020 by the historic house of Pessione, Torino. Vibrante starts from the same quality wines used for Martini's classic vermouths: the alcohol is removed slowly to preserve the wine's character, and the base is then married with an infusion of Italian bergamot and other natural botanicals.

The result is a vibrant, bittersweet aperitivo — candied citrus and fresh bergamot over a gentle, wine-like acidity. Less than 0.5% vol. Pour it over ice with soda or tonic and a slice of orange for a zero-proof spritz.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Deep coral-red in the glass. Bergamot leads the nose over a gentle, wine-like acidity. The palate is bittersweet: candied citrus up front, a fresh lift mid-palate from the dealcoholised wine base, and a clean bitter finish.
