Nomora Cuvée Blanc is an alcohol-free sparkling drink obtained from the total de-alcoholisation of Italian wine, rounded with a little grape must. The blend behind it is Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio.
Delicate white flowers open the nose, with white-fleshed fruit, green apple and citrus. Vibrant acidity carries the palate, fresh and balanced, over a fine and persistent perlage. Serve it at 6–8 °C: it works as an aperitivo on its own, and alongside raw fish, light fried dishes and fresh cheeses.
Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel. Contains sulphites.
Taste
Pale straw-yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Delicate white flowers on the nose, with white-fleshed fruit, green apple and citrus. Vibrant acidity on the palate, fresh and balanced through a clean finish.
Best Served
Well chilled, 6–8 °C · Once opened, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume it within five days
