Nomora Cuvée Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling drink obtained from the total de-alcoholisation of Italian wine, rounded with a little grape must. The blend behind it is Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Merlot.
Strawberry and raspberry open the nose, over citrus and ripe yellow peach. The palate is light and lively, carried by a very fine perlage. Serve it at 6–8 °C in a flute or a white-wine glass: it works as an aperitivo on its own, and alongside cured fish, fresh cheeses and vegetable starters.
Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel. Contains sulphites.
Taste
Pale coral-pink in the glass, with an ultra-fine perlage. Red berries lead the nose — strawberry and raspberry — over citrus and a hint of ripe yellow peach. Lively acidity carries the palate, light and clean through to the finish.
Best Served
Well chilled, 6–8 °C · Once opened, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume it within five days
