Casa Pallini has been distilling since 1875 — five generations from Antrodoco to Rome — and its limoncello, made with Amalfi Coast lemons, is one of Italy's best known. LimonZero, presented by the house as the world's first alcohol-free limoncello, is built on an infusion of peels from the same "Limone Costa d'Amalfi P.G.I." lemons.

Cloudy lemon-yellow in the glass and intensely zesty on the nose, it is sweet and sharp on the palate with a clean citrus finish. Serve it ice-cold straight from the fridge, or lengthen it with tonic for an alcohol-free lemon spritz. Suitable for vegans, as labelled.

Do not freeze — freezing may cause the bottle to break.
