Gold Award, 2024 World Olive Oil Competition. A 100% Italian Sicilian extra virgin olive oil — a blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Tonda Iblea and Biancolilla olives, cold-extracted, with the fresh, herbaceous, bitter-and-spicy character typical of Sicilian oils. Made in Italy.

The oil is produced by Romano Vincenzo, a Sicilian family mill in Bronte since 1959, on the slopes of Mount Etna. The olives are hand-harvested with combs and cold-extracted using mechanical methods only, with a short, fully traceable production chain entirely within Italy — every step from harvest to bottling tracked and accounted for.

Intensely green and medium fruity, it carries the mineral depth that Etna soils give to Sicilian oil: a clean bitterness, a peppery edge and a lingering tomato finish. An oil that works equally well drizzled raw over vegetables, legumes, grilled fish and meats, or simply on toasted bread.
