A Sicilia IGP extra virgin olive oil by Romano Vincenzo, the Sicilian family mill in Bronte since 1959, presented in a sculpted "Testa di Moro" glass bottle.

Inside is the same Sicilia IGP oil: Nocellara dell'Etna olives grown on the volcanic slopes of the mountain, hand-picked early and cold-extracted on the same day. The IGP designation is a protected origin status, controlled from grove to bottle by an inspection body authorised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture. Herbaceous and bright, with a bitter-and-spicy taste and the tomato aftertaste typical of Etna oils.

The bottle reinterprets the Testa di Moro, the sculpted head that is one of the great symbols of Sicilian craft, born from a Palermo legend and made famous by the master potters of Caltagirone. Moulded here in glass as an exclusive design, it is an object to display and keep long after the oil is gone.
Production Method

Nocellara dell'Etna olives grown on the slopes of Mount Etna (600–800 m), hand-harvested early with combs and cold-extracted (two-phase) on the same day, using mechanical methods only.
How to use it

Best used raw, on Mediterranean dishes: bruschetta, grilled vegetables, legume soups, fish and white meats.
