A naturally leavened panettone filled with lemon cream — 18% of the cake — on a dough that already carries 4% Sicilian lemon paste made from ground peel. Inside the filling there is a Limoncello infusion at 2.8% and lemon juice at 1.5%: that is where the sharpness comes from, and why the citrus does not read as sweet.
A 30 g sachet of icing sugar is included.
One kilogram, roughly twelve slices of 80 g. Seven months of shelf life in the sealed box. Alcohol content 0.49%.

WHEAT flour, lemon cream 18% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, skimmed MILK powder, BUTTER, Limoncello infusion 2.8%, thickeners: pectin and sodium alginate, alcohol, lemon juice 1.5% (lemon juice, antioxidant: POTASSIUM SULPHITE), natural flavours, preservative: potassium sorbate), barn EGGS, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), BUTTER, Sicilian lemon paste 4% (ground Sicilian lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, citron paste (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), whole MILK, glucose syrup, barn EGG yolk, salt, skimmed MILK powder, natural flavours. Icing sugar sachet 30 g: sugar, WHEAT starch, flavours - ALLERGENS: EGGS, MILK, WHEAT (gluten). May contain ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS and SOY.
