Grissinotti are stubbier and thicker than a classic breadstick, with more crumb inside and a firmer snap.
Baked in Liguria, at Borgomaro in the hills behind Imperia. Olives make up 10.6% of the dough, worked together with extra virgin olive oil and high oleic sunflower oil. 130 g per pack.
Serve them with an aperitivo, alongside cured meats, or with a soft cheese. Because they are made with whole olives, you may occasionally find a stone or a fragment of one.
