The floral soul of Martini's alcohol-free pair, launched in 2020 alongside Vibrante. Floreale is built the same way: quality vermouth wines, slowly and gently de-alcoholised, then infused with natural botanicals — here Roman chamomile leads, supported by artemisia, the signature herb of the vermouth tradition.

Pale gold and delicately honeyed on the nose, it is soft, gently sweet and floral on the palate, with a fresh, dry finish. Less than 0.5% vol. Serve it well chilled with tonic water and a twist of lemon.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Pale gold in the glass. Roman chamomile defines the nose — floral, honeyed, delicate. On the palate it is soft and gently sweet, with white-flower notes over the freshness of the dealcoholised wine base and a delicately dry finish.
