Donna Rosa is an everyday Sicilian extra virgin, named in the island's habit of honouring the woman at the head of the family table — the one who keeps good oil within reach and never lets a plate leave the kitchen underdressed. It is the bottle you reach for daily and still feel fine setting out.

The blend is entirely Sicilian, led by Nocellara dell'Etna and Nocellara del Belice with a handful of minor cultivars in support, drawn from groves across the island rather than a single estate. That makes it approachable and food-friendly, with real Sicilian character and no reason to save it for special occasions.

Bright green with golden-yellow highlights, a medium-fruity nose of green almond and Mediterranean herbs, and a decisive palate with a clean, persistent bitterness and pepperiness — the signature of olives picked young. It is made for cooking that gets eaten: finish grilled or roasted vegetables, build a proper bruschetta, sharpen a plate of red meat.

The jar is a hand-thrown, hand-painted Sicilian orcio banded in warm ochre, blue and coral in a traditional geometric pattern, each piece slightly its own. The opaque glazed ceramic keeps the light off the oil and a natural cork closes it.
