A Sicilia PGI extra virgin olive oil by Romano Vincenzo, the Sicilian family mill in Bronte since 1959, presented in a decorated aluminium tin.

Inside is the Sicilia PGI oil: a blend of native Sicilian varieties, Nocellara dell'Etna and Nocellara del Belice, hand-picked and cold-extracted. Intensely green and medium fruity, with a bold bitter-and-spicy character and a tomato finish. The PGI status guarantees that every olive comes from Sicily, certified by an inspection body authorised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture.

The "Paesaggio" decoration paints the Sicilian landscape across the tin, sea, sun, countryside and folk motifs in the colours of the island's ceramic tradition. A piece made to be seen as much as used.

A blend of native Sicilian olives, hand-harvested with combs and cold-extracted, using mechanical methods only. Sicilia PGI certified.

Best used raw, on Mediterranean dishes: bruschetta, grilled vegetables, legume soups, fish and white meats.
