Sold with a piping bag of spreadable pistachio cream, so each slice gets finished at the table as generously as the person eating it wants.
The dough is raised on sourdough mother alone over a long slow fermentation and studded with pistachio cremino, white chocolate blended with pistachio paste. The dome is coated in Valrhona white chocolate and showered with chopped pistachios, which give a clean, resinous crunch against the sweetness.
Baked by two brothers in Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of Puglia. 100% artisanal: no preservatives, no pre-made bases, no artificial flavourings, no vegetable fats.

Panettone: Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, fresh pasteurised EGG yolks, sugar, sourdough mother (WHEAT), acacia honey, PISTACHIO cremino (white chocolate and PISTACHIO paste), salt, water, Madagascar bourbon vanilla pods. Pistachio cream: glucose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), PISTACHIO paste. Coating: Valrhona white chocolate (sugar, butter, Valrhona cocoa, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), grapeseed oil, chopped PISTACHIOS - ALLERGENS: WHEAT (gluten), MILK, EGG, SOY, PISTACHIOS (nuts). May contain other nuts and MILK derivatives.
