Bitter liqueur produced in Roccella Ionica (Calabria, Italy) by the Errigo family, following a recipe handed down through four generations.
Made from the cold maceration of 30 local herbs and botanicals — including wild fennel, Calabrian liquorice root, bay leaf and bergamot — in alcohol for a minimum of 20 days.
Awarded "World's Best Bitter Liqueur" at the World Liqueur Awards 2020.

Best Served
At room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve in small glasses. Can also be served over ice, with soda water as a long drink, or used as a base in cocktails.
