A ready-to-use cream built on champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) and sunflower oil, with summer truffle at 2% carrying the aroma. The texture is smooth and spreadable straight from the jar, with no cooking needed.

Spread it on bread and crostini, fold it into omelettes, use it to fill meat or vegetable dishes, or stir it through pasta. It also works spooned onto a pizza at the end of baking. Made by Calugi in Castelfiorentino, in the Tuscan truffle country between Florence and Siena.
