The hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa, karkadè) gives the deep ruby colour and a distinctive floral freshness; blackcurrant adds dark-fruit depth; orange peel carries the bitterness and lifts the finish. A non-alcoholic preparation for cocktails, suitable for vegans. Contains sweeteners.

How to serve. Over ice with a slice of orange for the simplest serve; in a zero-proof Negroni-style with Vol0 Ginepro e Spezie and Vol0 Mosto e Spezie, orange twist; in a non-alcoholic Americano-style with soda water and orange; in a zero-proof Spritz with sparkling water or non-alcoholic prosecco. Suggested dilution 1:4. Serve at 6-8°C.
