A naturally leavened panettone in its most classic form. Sultana raisins, candied Sicilian orange peel and Diamante citron are worked into the dough, together with a citrus paste that brings in late-harvest Ciaculli tangerine. There is no filling: the flavour comes from the dough and the fruit.
One kilogram, roughly twelve slices of 80 g. Sealed in its box it keeps its characteristics for seven months, so it holds up to shipping and to being bought well before it is opened.
Storage Information
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and sources of heat.

WHEAT flour, barn EGGS, raisins, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), candied citrus peel (Sicilian orange peel and Diamante citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), BUTTER, sugar, citrus paste (orange, citron, lemon and late Ciaculli tangerine peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, barn EGG yolk, whole MILK, glucose syrup, natural flavours, MALT flour, salt, skimmed MILK powder - ALLERGENS: EGGS, MILK, WHEAT (gluten), MALT (gluten). May contain ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS and SOY.
