Cipriani's Spaghetti, one of the most beloved of all pasta shapes, embody the essence of Italy's culinary heritage. Long and fine, drawn from the finest organic durum wheat semolina and made with care according to traditional methods, they represent pasta at its purest.

The word spaghetti comes from the Italian spaghetto, meaning "thin string" or "twine" — a fitting name for this slender shape. Cipriani's commitment to quality shows in a meticulous extrusion process that gives the surface its characteristic roughness, helping it gather and cling to sauce for a richer taste in every bite.

Made with organic durum wheat from Puglia and drawn slightly thicker for a satisfying, meaty bite, this is a classic from the Cipriani restaurant menu — superb with anything from a simple olive oil and chilli to a fuller sauce.

Contains WHEAT (gluten).

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 1 L per 100 g of pasta) at a rolling boil for 9-11 minutes. Drain al dente and toss in the pan with the sauce.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat and light
