A classic of the Veneto charcuterie tradition, made to a recipe handed down through generations of the Benedetti family. This soppressa is distinguished by its tender, crumbly texture. This is the sweet, garlic-free version of the house recipe. Made with Italian pork and matured in the cellars of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo, in Lessinia. Vacuum-packed at origin.

Selected Italian pork blended with salt, sugars and natural flavourings, hand-tied and matured in the cellars of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo, in the Lessinia hills above Verona.

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. Do not pierce the vacuum pack. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Pork meat (origin: Italy), salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), natural flavourings. Antioxidants: E300, E301. Preservatives: E252, E250.
