Fusilli di Gragnano IGP by La Bella San Marzano are produced in Gragnano, the town near Naples renowned worldwide for its centuries-old pasta-making tradition. The Pasta di Gragnano IGP certification guarantees authentic origin and production by traditional methods — Italian durum wheat semolina, the spring water of Gragnano, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature (around 48 hours at 28–38°C).

The spiral shape captures and holds sauce for a balanced, satisfying bite, while bronze drawing gives the surface a fine roughness that grips every dressing. The result is a high-quality pasta with excellent firmness — 100% Italian wheat, bronze-drawn and slow-dried.

Versatile by nature, fusilli pair effortlessly with everything from simple tomato sauces to richer preparations.

Contains WHEAT (gluten).

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 1 L of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta) at a rolling boil for 10-11 minutes. Drain al dente and finish in the pan with the sauce.
