Linguine di Gragnano IGP by La Bella San Marzano are crafted in the historic pasta-making town of Gragnano, near Naples, renowned worldwide for its centuries-old tradition. The Pasta di Gragnano IGP certification guarantees authentic origin and traditional production — Italian durum wheat semolina, the spring water of Gragnano, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature (around 48 hours at 28–38°C).

A classic Neapolitan shape, the slightly flattened strand lets sauces cling perfectly. Especially suited to seafood and shellfish sauces, fresh tomato, pesto and herb dressings, or simply olive oil, garlic and chilli.

100% Italian wheat, bronze-drawn and slow-dried.

Contains WHEAT (gluten).

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 1 L of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta) at a rolling boil for 10-11 minutes. Drain al dente and finish in the pan with the sauce.
