Cipriani's Tagliarelle represent the height of the pasta-maker's art. A flat egg pasta about 1.1 cm wide — delicate, long and fine — with a cooking time of just three minutes. To the touch you feel a subtle roughness, the mark of the high-quality semola chosen for its making and a hallmark of true craft.

Produced exclusively at Cipriani's facilities in Venice, these Tagliarelle — also known as Tagliatelle — have a superior texture, balancing lightness and strength so they hold up flawlessly through cooking. Their elegant, elongated shape offers a generous surface that drinks in sauce beautifully, so every bite is a harmonious fusion of pasta and flavour.

Best with butter and Parmigiano, a light cream sauce, or a classic Bolognese.

Contains WHEAT and EGG.

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain and toss with the sauce.
